Join me in a candlelit slow flow community class in honor of Mental Health Awareness month.
This donate-what-you-can class will support NAMI Chicago’s mission to break down barriers to mental health care and provide support through their helpline, resources, and community advocacy in Chicago and the surrounding regions.
What to bring : Yoga mat : Water bottle : 1 or 2 blocks for support (optional) : Small blanket for additional cushioning on hardwood floors (optional)
